  2. After some seconds add curry leaves. Fry till aroma come out. Add both the dals, fry till golden brown on low flame.
  3. Then fry the chopped eggplants, add salt, cook covered for 2 minutes. Next add grated coconut and fry on low flame, covered, till, the eggplants are cooked.
