- Remove foam from top, it appears because of sweet corn puree.
- Make a thick batter of cornflour and water. Add this batter in wok to get desired consistency.
- Boil for minimum 1 minute.
- Add butter and cook till butter melts. Mix it well.
- Sweetcorn soup is ready. Serve hot
