  18. Get 5 button mushrooms chopped
  19. Take 1 carrot chopped
  20. Take 2 eggs
  21. Prepare 3 tablespoon corn flour
  22. Prepare 1 tablespoon soya sauce
  23. Get 1 tablespoon vinegar
  24. Make ready 1 tablespoon ketchup
  25. Get 1 tablespoon hot sauce
  26. Get half cup cabbiage shredded or thinly chopped
  27. Take fresh coriander for garnishing
  28. Get green chilli finnely chopped for garneshing
Instructions to make Szechuan soup:
  1. PROCEDURE TO MAKE CHICKEN STOCKk: Add all ingredients above noted for chicken stock.cook on low heat for 3 to 4 hours.strain and save for soups.
  2. PROCEDURE FOR SOUP:Add 5 cup of water boil thigh for 15 minutes or until tenders.when boiled remove from the pan.save chicken thigh stock.
  3. In a pan add 2 tablespoon olive oil fry ginger garlic for 30 seconds.add green onion then mushroom slices fry 30 30 seconds.
  4. Now add 4 cup of chicken stock of bones and 4 cup of chicken thigh stock.bring to boil.shred boiled chickken thigh.add in boiled soup.
  5. Now add cabbage and carrot cook for 2 minutes add salt blk papparsoya sauce vinagar ketchup and hotsauce.
  6. Add 3 table spoon corn flour mix with 5 tablespoon water add and mix well
  7. .cook for 45 second by stiring softly.add 2 beaten eggs.mix and cook for 30 seconds.
  8. Garnish with some fresh coriander and green chilles.Delicious and healthy winter treat szchuan soup is ready to serve😋😋
