Instructions to make Masala pepper:
  1. Heat oil in a pan Add cumin, curry leaves/powder
  2. Add ginger, garlic,n chopped coriander leaves,chopped onions and chopped tomatoes.
  3. Fry till golden brown
  4. Add boiled and mashed potatoes. Add salt and vegetable Masala powder. Mix well
  5. Cook for 5minutes.
  6. Leave the mix aside.
  7. Cut the capsicum from center like shown….
  8. Fill the capsicum wid the Masala mix.
  9. In a bowl take 2tbsp of oil and add 1spoon of vegetable Masala powder. Mix well Den coat the filled capsicums wid the oil Mix.
  10. Cook the capsicum s for another 12minutes in microwave 80´degrees for 12minutes.
