  1. Finely mince the vegetables. Put butter in a frying pan and fry the vegetables. Fry the meat in the pan.
  2. When the meat has browned, add curry roux, ketchup, soup stock, water, and ginger. Boil until the water has evaporated.
  3. Finish by seasoning with salt and pepper.
  4. I don't use garlic because my children don't like it, but feel free to use it if you want.
  5. I garnished with okra, and also used eggplant and shimeji mushrooms. I also used ginger and garlic, which gave a nice aroma!
