  1. Take 2 bunches of spring or green onions wash them cut the bulbs and keep them separately. Take all the ingredients. Cut the spring onions.
  2. Take 1tbs oil and add methi seeds, mustard seeds, jeera, red chillies and saute once splutter add hing and onions and green onion bulbs too. saute for few minutes till onions are soft.
  3. Soak tamarind in water. Once onions are soft add cut green onions and saute till they are cooked. Add dhania powder, 2tsp chilli powder, and 2tsp salt. Take tamarind juice and add rice powder to it and mix and add to kadai. Add jaggery. Let it cook for few mins.
  4. After a few min, the stew thickens. Check the consistency if required add little water. It shouldn't b watery. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve. It's very tasty with rice and roti.
