- Take 250 gm mutton mince

- In a pressure cooker heat 1 tbsp oil,add chopped onion and cook till soft.
- Add green peas and cook for few minutes, add mutton mince.
- Cook till sauted, add ginger garlic chilli paste, saute till moisture dries.
- Add turmeric and garam masala and salt, mix well. Add 1/2 cup water.
- Cover with lid and cook till 2 pressure or until done, when done add chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
- Take one samosa patti, fill1 Tsp filling in it,fold like samosa and stick with flour paste.
- Make all samosa like this way, Heat oil in kadai and deep fry samosa till crisp. Serve hot with ketchup.
