  1. Pressure cooker mein mutton ke sath 2 cup pani, salt, red chilli powder, haldi, pisa dhania, onions sliced, tomato chopped, garlic daal ke itni dr cook karay ke meat gal jaye or pani dry ho jaye
  2. Phr jab pani dry ho jaye to is mein oil add kar ke bhoon lain.sath hi ginger bhi add kar dain
  3. Phr potatoes add kar ke thora sa cook karay
  4. Phr itna pani daalay ke aloo soft ho jaye or shorba rah jaye.
  5. Heat medium rkhni hai, phr jab aloo soft ho jaye to heat blkl slow kar ke dm pe rakh dain. sath hi garam masala powder or green coriander n chillies bhi daal dain
  6. 10 min ke baad mazedaar aloo gosht ready…. enjoy
