- Boil the vermicelli in a hot bowl of water until they are soft. Drain. I like to cut the vermicelli to smaller length pieces. Set aside
- With oil, quickly pan fry the prawns till it is cooked. Set aside
- With oil, drop in the garlic, then the pepper and meat and cook for a little bit. Add a bit of water when the oil has dried up before dropping the vermicelli into the mix so the vermicelli will not stick to the pan.
- The vermicelli in the pan should be wet. Add in all the seasonings and blend over medium heat. You should cover it with a lid for about 3 minutes. If there is not enough water, add more to allow it to be cooked for at least 3 minutes.
