  1. Take 1 kg beef meat
  2. Make ready 1/2 kg potatoes

Instructions to make Aloo gosht:
  1. Wash meat throughly, add all the meat in pot filled with water and boil. When water start bubbling, add 1 tbsp of vinegar & keep boiling for 2-3 minutes. Discard all water n keep meat in a strainer. (This step is especially for removing all dirty smell of blood)
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add onion n fry Aloo gosht1. Meanwhile blend tomatoes, set aside Aloo gosht1. Add ginger garlic paste, sauté for couple of minutes Aloo gosht1. Add tomato purée, mix well Aloo gosht1. Add all the seasoning, bhonofy Aloo gosht1. Add meat in prepared tomato masala and mix it well Aloo gosht1. Add a glass of water, cover and cook until meat more than half done Aloo gosht1. Add potatoes and mix it well Aloo goshtAloo gosht1. Cover and cook for couple of minutes
  3. When potatoes and meat is full tender, sprinkle qasuri methi, turn off the flame and cover for a minute
  4. Soon oil comes on top, add green chili, mix and serve hot
