  1. Get 300 gm chicken mince
  2. Take 1 onion
  3. Prepare 3 tomatoes
  4. Prepare 3 potatoes
  5. Get 1 tbsp garlic paste
  6. Get 1 tsp ginger paste
  7. Take 1 tsp red chilli powder
  8. Take 1 tsp salt
  9. Take 1/2 tsp turmeric
  10. Get 1/2 cup oil
  11. Prepare 4 black pepper
  12. Get 3 cloves
  13. Get 1 bay leaf
  14. Get 1 stick cinnamon
  15. Take 4 green cardamom
  16. Make ready 1 black cardamom
  17. Take 2-3 green chillies
  18. Get Fresh coriander
Steps to make Qeema Aloo:
  1. Fry slice onions in oil till pink. Then add whole garam masala fry then ginger garlic paste
  2. I dnt chop tomato rather add tomato in blender & give a quick shake to make tomatoes roughly chop or blend.you can add chop tomatoes
  3. Add mince in oil fry for 5-10 min then add spices and fry. Then add blended tomatoes. Mix well cover & let it cook at medium flame till moisture is absorbed & mince is almost done.
  4. Add potatoes cut in cubes with half cup of water & cook till potatoes are tender and mince is well fried
  5. Add chop green chillies and fresh coriander on top. Serve hot with roti or naan
