- Get 300 gm chicken mince
- Take 1 onion
- Prepare 3 tomatoes
- Prepare 3 potatoes

- Take 1 tsp salt
- Take 1/2 tsp turmeric

Steps to make Qeema Aloo:
- Fry slice onions in oil till pink. Then add whole garam masala fry then ginger garlic paste
- I dnt chop tomato rather add tomato in blender & give a quick shake to make tomatoes roughly chop or blend.you can add chop tomatoes
- Add mince in oil fry for 5-10 min then add spices and fry. Then add blended tomatoes. Mix well cover & let it cook at medium flame till moisture is absorbed & mince is almost done.
- Add potatoes cut in cubes with half cup of water & cook till potatoes are tender and mince is well fried
- Add chop green chillies and fresh coriander on top. Serve hot with roti or naan
