Steps to make Cauliflower gravy:
- Cut Cauliflower and put in salted hot water for 10 mins
- Grind all the ingredients mentioned under 'to grind' and keep aside
- Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds. When it splutters add Chopped onion and green chilli. Fry for few mins and add ginger garlic paste. When the raw smell goes off, add chopped tomatoes and fry till it is cooked.
- Add all the spices and salt. Add cauliflower and cook well. Finally add the ground paste and let it boil.
- Add required salt and coriander leaves.
