Instructions to make Aloo Gosht:
- Slice onion,heat oil and fry to golden brown.take out from oil and grind it.mix it in dahi
- Add whold garammasala in oil,let it fry.add ginger garlic paste, fry it.add all spices with splash of water and fry then add mutton and bhonofy till colour change.
- Add 2 cup water.let mutton get tender.when mutton is almost half done add onion mix in dahi and fry with mutton till oil seprates.add potato pieces with 1 cup water
- Let potato get tender.adjust gravy according to your need.add green chillies and close flame
- Garnish with fresh coriander before serving and serve with chapati or naan
