- Take 1 kg butter groud

- Heat the oil and add curry leave,when it reales their aroma add bitter gourd and fry them until light golden then add brown sugar cook for 2 mins and take it out.
- Now add onion in same oil and let it golden then add mine allow to change their then add ginger garlic paste OR powder
- Cook for 2 mins then add tomato spices mix well add water and cover it until tomato and mince get tender…
- Then mince get tender add fry bitter gourd,green chilli,cumin powder and 2,3 tbsp of water mix well and cover for 5 mins.
