  1. Get 350 grams mins (mutton keema)
  2. Make ready 1 capsicum
  3. Prepare 2 onions

  5. Get 1 teaspoon kasuri methi

  7. Make ready 1 teaspoon salt,1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder,1 teaspoon red chilli powder,1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste

  9. Get as required Coriander leaves for garnishing
Steps to make Keema capsicum:
  1. Take a pressure cooker add in chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, all spices and oil leaving kasuri methi,Garam masala powder
  2. Once we cook till 2-3 whistles uncover the lid and fry well until oil separates
  3. Then add washed keema & capcisum chopped in desired shape then again cook till one or two whistles
  4. Further add kasuri methi, Garam masala powder, coriander leaves and kept it on medium flame burner till the water is soaked & oil separates. Lime juice can be added thats totally optional.
  5. Serve it hot with rice or paratha.
