- Heat a large skillet over medium high heat with the oil. Once hot, add butter, meat, peppers & onions.
- Let cook a few minutes, while stirring occasionally.
- Once the meat is half done, add the spices and potatoes. Stir and cook to desired doneness. Because I used steak, I cooked to medium. If you use chicken or pork you will want to follow proper cooking times for those proteins.
