  1. Make ready 2 pound Kielbasa ring
  2. Prepare 1 1/2 oz Red Curry paste
  3. Prepare 1-2 Tbsp soy sauce ( I use lite)
  4. Get 1 Tbsp water
  5. Get 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  6. Prepare 1 Tbsp oil
  7. Get chopped cilantro (if desired)
  8. Take 2 cups pasta (egg noodles or shell) if desired
  9. Prepare 2 Tbsp butter (browned) if desired for pasta
Steps to make Curry Kielbasa Bites:
  1. Put kielbasa (whole) in a large skillet and cover with water. Bring to a boil and cook 5 minutes. Drain.
  2. While Kielbasa is cooking, combine curry paste, soy sauce, brown sugar and 1 Tbsp water in a small pan and cook on medium until curry is dissolved and sugar melted.
  3. Slice Kielbasa into 1/4" slices. Add oil and slices into skillet. Brown slices and then coat with half the sauce or more if desired. Serve with toothpicks as an appetizer or over noodles as a dish. I put them over brown buttered egg noodles and sprinkled with cilantro and they are yummy!
