- Preheat oven 400 degrees Fahrenheit
- Add water, chicken, and spices to a pot. Bring to a boil.

- Chop the celery, onion, and bell pepper
- Add the peanuts to the chicken.
- When the chicken is done remove the chicken.
- Take out the bones and skin.
- Spread the chicken skins out on a pan add some salt to taste. Bake in oven till crispy.
- Let cool
- Slice the skins into bits
- Add peanut butter and stir in well
- When 20 minutes have past mix the cornstarch and chicken broth and add to soup to thicken.
- Simmer 10 minutes stirring occasionally then let rest for 10 minutes.
