  7. Take out the bones and skin.
  8. Spread the chicken skins out on a pan add some salt to taste. Bake in oven till crispy.
  9. Let cool
  10. Slice the skins into bits
  11. Add peanut butter and stir in well
  12. When 20 minutes have past mix the cornstarch and chicken broth and add to soup to thicken.
  13. Simmer 10 minutes stirring occasionally then let rest for 10 minutes.
