  7. Add in your washed vegetables, and pepper at the same time and cover allow to cook for about 3_4 mins and stir together together and pour in ur set aside protein items and stir together and correct the taste with either salt or seasoning cubes and turn off the heat
  8. Enjoy with ur swallow of choice
