- Prepare 1 cup blended Egusi
- Take 5 fresh pepper

- Once your meat is tender turn off heat and set aside. Mix egusi in a small bowl and add little water and make a paste
- Heat up another pot once it's hot add palm oil then add the blended pepper and onions mix and fry for about 3 mins then add the Egusi paste
- Stir continously till it's fried through add Knott cube, crayfish, salt and the meat. Stir and lower heat heat allow it simmer for another 5 to 10mins
- Finally add ugu leaf stir and turn off heat after 2mins. Serve with eba.
