  1. Wash and steam the meat and stock fish with pepper, onion and knorr with little salt to taste before adding water to the pot the level you want and allow it to boil

  3. Stir the soup before adding the Okro with knorr cubes let it cook for 10mins before adding the vegetable leave
  4. Once it cook very well stir and taste to make sure everything is OK then you bring it down
