- Soak the stock fish in hot water to make it tender. Soak the assorted meat in hot water also. Clean the towels and intestines very well. Clean the dry fish and keep aside.
- Wash the goat meat and put them in a pot, Add the cleaned assorted meat, add the stock fish. Add ginger, garlic, blended yellow pepper, chopped onions, cubes, salt. Allow to cook until tender.
- Add the red oil, allow to simmer. Add water as it is boiling. Add the Achi (thickner). Add the dry fish. Add the pounded locust beans, Ugba to the soup. Add crayfish, cubes and salt. Add the Isam.
- Add the Oha leaves and serve as desired. Eat with any swallow of your choice. I ate mine with pounded yam.
