  2. Prepare 1/4 bowl coconut gratings
  3. Get 4-5 tsp peels of garlic
  4. Make ready 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

  6. Prepare Half tsp coriander powder
  7. Take 1 onion
  8. Take 1 tomato
  9. Take 1 tbsp. oil

  2. Grate the coconut and collect the coconut shavings.

  4. Cut one tomato.
  5. Peel 4 to 5 garlic cloves.
  6. Blend the coconut with 2 peels and keep 2 aside.
  7. Take a kadai to it add oil and heat it. To this hot oil add 2 peels ofaA garlic and brown them a bit.
  8. After browning garlic adds the onion and tomato and stir nicely for about 3 to 4 minutes. Till you see the onions have become translucent and tomato mushy.
  9. To this add turmeric, coriander, red chilli powder, and salt to taste.
  10. Stir again nice. Add a tbsp of water to it.
  11. So that the onion-tomato do not get burned.
  12. When you see it cooking. Add the coconut and garlic blended mixture
  13. After adding this coconut garlic mixture add water to about a small cup and let it boil.
  14. To this gravy add the boiled eggs.
  15. Let this gravy cook. Till you see a boil. Switch off the gas.
  16. Serve it warm with rice or rotis.
