  12. Take 2 tbsp Oil -
  13. Prepare - 3 tbsp Red Thai Curry Paste
  14. Prepare 200ml, , Coconut Milk-
  15. Prepare 2tsp Tomato ketchup
  16. Make ready tsp -sugar -
  17. Make ready 1 tsp Soya Sauce
  18. Get 1 tbsp - Salt
  19. Make ready As needed Garnish- green coriander leaves, nuts optional),
  20. Prepare As needed red chilli flakes
Instructions to make Red Thai Curry:
  1. Sauté garlic& onion in oil, add carrots, corns & cauliflower till soft. Add tomato+bell pepper+salt. Saute all vegetables and keep them aside.
  2. For curry: Boil 200 ml Coconut milk in a pan. Add 2tbsf Red Thai Curry Paste. After a boil add 1tsf of soya sauce.
  3. After a boil add 2tsf of Tomato ketchup and 1 tsf of red chilli powder. Mix all sauté vegetables in the curry. Add basil leaves for authentic thai taste.add 1/2 cup water if needed. Boil for a while.
  4. Now add marwa leaves and green onion leaves. Thai curry is ready to serve.
  5. Garnish the Thai Curry with coriander leaves and nuts and red chilli flakes.
