  1. Soak rice 2-3 hours.
  2. Boil it and in add boil veg. (carrots, beans, mutter). Keep it aside.
  3. Cut all veg. In square.
  4. Zucchini, broccoli, purple cabbage, carrot boil it till it becomes soft.
  5. Take a pan pour some olive oil fry onions, all capcicum and boil veg.
  6. Add mircha-ginger - garlic - basil paste.
  7. Add oregano - Chilli flax & salt-red Chilli powder as required.
  8. Mix it well.
  9. Add coconut milk and corn flour.
  10. Cook it till it becomes thicker.
  11. Serve it with multi grains bread and rice.
