Steps to make Instant Khaman Dhokla:
- Take 1.5 cup besan sieve it and all the ingredients to it except Eno.
- Now add water gradually to make smooth and thick batter
- Put a steamer on stove. Boil water on medium flame.
- Now take one deep tin or plate Grease it with oil.and pour the batter to it.
- Now add Eno fruit salt and give it to a good mix.
- Place the plate or tin on steamer and cover the steamer and cook batter for 20mins on medium flame.
- After 20 mins it with toothpick or knife. See if it's perfectly cook. If it sticks to knife or toothpick let it cook for another 5 mins.
- Switch off the flame and put out the Dhokla plate and let it cool down on room temperature for 5 mins.
- Now, scratch the sides with knife, and demould the dhokla like cake.
- Now prepare the tadka :-
- Put a pan on stove,add 1 tab spoon oil and after the oil heat, add all the tadka ingredients step by step.before adding water, switch off the flame, and than add water 1/4 cup and again turn on the flame. Let it a boil.
- Pour the tadka on Dhokla plate, and cut the dhokla into small pieces.
- Garnish the Dhokla with coconut powder and fresh coriander. & Enjoy…..
