  1. Prepare 1 can (400 g) tinned chickpeas
  2. Get Drizzle of olive oil

Steps to make Roasted Chickpeas:
  1. Drain the chickpea over a colander for an hour and then pat dry with kitchen paper. Remove any loose chickpea skins.
  2. Preheat oven to 200c.
  3. Line a baking tray with greaseproof. Transfer the chickpeas to the tray.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and coat all the chickpeas well.
  5. Transfer to the oven and bake for 30-35 or until crispy and crunchy inside.
  6. Coat with seasoning and herbs of choice. I went with the basic curry and salt flavour.
