- Heat mustard oil in a kadai.When hot enough add the dry red chilli, panch phutana.
- When the aroma comes out add the chopped & washed vegetables.

- Mix them well, cover & cook for a while on low flame.
- After few mints remove the cover,mix the veggies together & again cover it & cook for another few mints till the veggies are cooked well (not mushy).
- Turn off the flame, sprinkle some chopped coriander leaves.Serve it hot with rice or phulkas.
