  4. Mix them well, cover & cook for a while on low flame.
  5. After few mints remove the cover,mix the veggies together & again cover it & cook for another few mints till the veggies are cooked well (not mushy).
  6. Turn off the flame, sprinkle some chopped coriander leaves.Serve it hot with rice or phulkas.
