- Soak rice, chickpeas, urad dal overnight. Then churn them in mixture and make thick paste. Crush half of the corn kernels and the rest is as it is now add both kernels, coriander, ginger, chilli paste, turmeric, yoghurt and stir well. Stir constantly in the same direction for 5 minutes. Now leave it to ferment for 4-5 hours.
- After fermentation,preheat the steamer. Grease the plate. Add 1 tbsp oil, ENO, salt to a batter and mix well. now pour in Greased plate and put in steamer. Let it cook for 8-10 minutes. Let it cool and add splutter of mustar seed and curry leaves. Cut into pieces.
- Serve hot with chutney.
