- Heat oil in the kadahi. Add cumin seeds. Ginger and green chillies and curry leaves.
- Now, add boiled and mashed potatoes and tomatoes. Cook it for 10 minutes. Add salt, red chilli powder, cumin powder and tarmarind paste. Mix well.
