- Take 1 bowl mix daal (black chana,chickpeas,moong daal,yellow peas)

- Make ready 3 onions chopped
- Make ready 1 tomato chopped
- Prepare 1 tbsp curry powder
- Make ready 1/2 cup cauliflowers
- Make ready 1/2 cup raw banana
- Prepare 1/2 cup potato
- Make ready 1/2 cup taro (arbi)
- Get 1/2 cup carrot
- Take 1/2 cup beans (barbatti)
- Get 1/2 cup pumpkin
- Take 1/2 cup fresh coconut
- Take 1 TSP cumin
- Prepare 2 bay leaves
- Take 1 TSP garam masala
- Get 1 tsp sugar
- Take 2 tbsp oil
Instructions to make Ghanta (odiya curry):
- First wash and boil mix daal till get soft and keep aside
- Take a pan heat oil add sugar
- Now add bay leaves..cumin..saute onion
- Now add tomato chopped,red chilli, Ginger garlic paste,turmeric powder,curry powder,,mix it well with adding a little water
- Now mix all veggies and mix daal stir it well
- Now mix water and salt…cook for 10 minutes…in the end mix garam masala and coriander leaves
