Steps to make Fried Rawas (Indian Salmon) Fish Curry:
  1. For Marination: Firstly, clean and wash the fish slices nicely. Drain off the excess water. Marinate it with the ingredients mentioned under "For Marination".
  2. Heat oil in a frying pan. Add the fish pieces and fry on both sides. Remove from pan. Allow it to cool a bit. Remove the skin and thorn and set them aside.
  3. For the Gravy: Heat oil in a non-stick kadai. Add mustard seeds and allow it to crackle. Add the chopped garlic and saute for few seconds. Then add the chopped ginger and again saute for few seconds. Add the broken dried red chillies, slited green chillies and curry leaves and saute for few seconds.
