- Make ready 1/2 cup Chickpeas flour
- Get 1/2 cup Whisked curd

Steps to make Khandvi:
- Take a blender jar. Add curd, chickpeas flour, turmeric, salt,ginger paste and half cup water. Blend it well. Add another half cup of water. Blend.
- Take a broad pan. Turn on flame. Stir and cook until dense. Turn off flame.
- Take any plate or tray. Keep it upside down. Put the batter on the edge of it and spread it thin and keep aside for 5-6 mins. Meanwhile keep remaining batter covered.
- Once cool spread the grated coconut all over the batter. Cut it into strips. Roll with the help of fingers. Make all the rolls likewise.
- For tadka heat the tadka pan. Add oil. Once hot, add sesame seeds, cumin seeds, mustard seeds,curry leaves, chilli. Pour the tadka over the khandvi. Garnish with coriander leaves.
