This raita is made with cucumber and mint because I have plenty of mint growing around the yard and cucumbers are plentiful at the farmers market.   6. Add pan in the oven add oil when it will be heated add bay leaves, then add jeera, then garam masala
  7. Now will add onion tomato, garlic, ginger paste mix well stirring continuously, will stir up to oil evaporates then will add chicken pieces mix well next will add garam masala powder stirring continuously now will add salt mix well keep stirring until chicken will become soft and will gravy leaves oil
  8. Now will add as needed water mix well cover with the lid with full flame keep it in same position for half an hour
  9. Then low the flame keep it for forty five minutes
  10. When it will done keep chicken gravy in another bowl
