  15. Prepare 1 tbsp butter
Steps to make Healthy Soup:
  1. In big pan boiled vegetable stock add butter, mushrooms, garlic, ginger, vegetable, lemon grass, green chilli and tofu/paneer.
  2. Simmer till the vegetables are tender for five minutes.
  3. Add soya sauce, spring onion, black pepper powder and salt.
  4. Boil for a few more minutes. Adjust seasoning.
  5. Transfer in soup bowl and add lemon juice.
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
