- Cook the bacon until crispy on the stove top, save the leftover bacon fat and set aside. Once cooled down, chop the bacon into bite sized pieces.

- Place single serving of the ramen bundle into a bowl, for each bowl. Take the broth mixture and pour over ramen. Cover the ramen with a plate or something to trap the steam in so the mixture can cook the ramen. About 7 minutes.
- Add a healthy amount of green scallions, chopped bacon, eggs (cut in halves and deshelled), and sprinkle everything but the bagel seasoning over bowl to desired amount.
- Lastly, drizzle some of the set aside bacon fat over the ramen to add a little extra flavor.
