  1. Soak yellow peas overnight.
  2. Pressure cooker cook the soaked yellow peas and poatoes for 3 Whistles.add Turmeric Powder,dried garam masala and salt.open the pressure cooker lid cooled down.
  3. Heat a pan add oil and add cumin seeds.and let them splutter.
  4. Add onions fry them till light brown.add ginger garlic paste mix it.
  5. Add all powder masalas and saute it.add finally chopped tomato and green chillies fry them till they are soft.and the oil is relased.
  6. Add boiled potatoes and boiled peas, cocount slice,little water,Salt and sugar mix and cook for 2-3 min with the lid.
  7. Now the Ghugni is readys, sprinkle lemon juice,Garnish with chopped onions,lemon slice and coriander leaves.
