- Get 1 lb extra lean ground beef
- Prepare 4 bell peppers

- Cut peppers in half, remove seeds and ribs and set aside (If you don't like your stuffed peppers with a crunch, And you like them softer, bake peppers with tad bit olive oil in 350°F oven for 15 min then continue with rest of the recipe)
- In a pan, brown your ground beef.
- While Browning beef, mix spices with the water until mostly dissolved. Add salt and pepper to taste
- Once meat is browned, add your "spiced water" to the beef and the can of black beans, bring to a bubble and let cook until most of water is evaporated.
- Once done, fill your pepper boats and top with cheese. Bake at 375°F until cheese is bubbly and melty.
- Top your pacos with more shredded cheese (If desired) and your sour cream, diced tomato and "shredded" lettuce.
