- Get 2 tsp Soya sauce
- Prepare 1 tsp Vinegar

- Take 4 tbsps Coriander
- Get 1/2 tsp Sugar
- Take as needed Oil to temper
- Get Garnish:
- Make ready 200 gms Hakka noodles
- Take as needed Water for boiling
- Prepare as needed Oil for deep frying
Instructions to make Veg Manchow soup:
- Add 2 tbsps oil to a deep sauce pan.
- Add chopped ginger and garlic. Saute for a minute. Add chopped green chilies and onion. Saute further.
- Now add the chopped vegetables in order, beans, carrot, capsicum, cabbage. Saute in between.
- Add the Sauces and vinegar. Stir fry
- Add required water. Add salt and let it boil till vegetables are little tender.
- Dissolve cornflour in 1/2 cup water and add to the boiling soup mixture.
- Simmer for few minutes. Add sugar and mix. Add coriander.
- For the garnish: Boil sufficient water to cook the Hakka noodles. Add Hakka noodles while water is boiling. Leave for 3 minutes and strain.
- Keep oil for deep frying. Fry the boiled and strained noodles in small batches. Drain on a kitchen towel.
- Pour soup in cups and garnish with crisp noodles.
