- Wash, peel and roughly chop all the veggies.. heat oil in a cooker.. add chopped garlic, saute and add onions.. lightly saute and then add the rest veggies. Add salt, pepper and 2 cups water.. close lid and pressure cook for 3 whistles.
- When cool, take out the veggies out and blend to a fine paste. Then pour in a sauce pan, add 1 cup water or adjsut consistency according to ur taste… heat and serve hot in a bowl.
