- Cut ur tomatoes, put them in a sufuria, add ur crushed chillies and salt cover ur sufuria with a lid and let it cook on low heat, until cooked
- Now add ur potatoes and ur meat with ur soup, let it simmer for a while until ur potatoes are well cooked. U can serve with rice or chapatis
To it add mango, fenugreek powder. Kerala style fish curry that goes well with rice. Fish cooked with spices and simmered in coconut milk and flavored with raw mango. I love the combination of the sourness from raw mango, sweetness from the coconut milk and the spiciness from chili powder. This is a deadly flavour base to cook the fish.
