  4. Now do flame low n keep the lid.. Don't keep whistle. Cook in low flame till all meat pieces start to release oil.
  5. Meanwhile peel the potatoes and cut into half.. Wash it n fry it in another pan till lil brown.
  6. When meat starts to release oil add potatoes.. Mix well.. Add water as u need gravy bt potatoes and meat should be dip in water.
  7. Close the lid.. Keep whistle on the lid.. Give two whistle..
  8. Keep it for cooling.. Now open the lid.. If gravy is thin then cook more to thick gravy bt take out potatoes then cook..
  9. Now its done fully add potatoes again.. Serve with steamed rice or Indian flat bread.
