- Add 2 glass full of water in pressure cooker.
- Add leftover vegetable and beetroot and coriander also in pressure cooker.
- Cook it upto two to three whistles..
- When pressure cools down open the cooker and let all the vegetables cool down
- When all the vegetables cool down then strain it in a strainer..
- Vegetables that come in strainer blend it in a jar..
- Now add blended vegetables into strained out water (from strainer..)
- Strain it all.. (optional)
- Add black salt and roasted cumin powder (salt if required)
- Boil it for 3-5 minute to make it thick as required..
- It's done and serve it..
