  14. Take 1 tsp chilli ginger garlic paste

Steps to make Chettinad Aloo Curry:
  1. Take a mixture jar and add coconut whole red chilli cumin seeds clove black pepper cinnamon sticks star anise fennel seeds and a little bit of water and make a smooth paste
  2. Chop the boiled potatoes into small cubes
  3. Take a pan and heat the oil once heated add onion and sauté till golden brown
  4. Now add chilli ginger garlic paste and sauté for few mins
  5. Add all the dry masala and mix well then add the tomato paste
  6. Now add the grind mixture and mix well add a little bit of water
  7. Add salt to taste and the boiled potatoes and let it cook for a while. Depending on your consistency of gravy add water as per your choice. Let it cook for a few mins
  8. Your chettinad aloo curry is ready serve with naan roti or paratha as per your choice enjoy.
