  3. Finely chop tomatoes with the help of chopper or with hands or can also grind in a mixer jar and make a puree.
  4. Take a pressure cooker,,add oil,heat well,then add bayleaf,finely chopped onion, green chilly and ginger.
  5. Saute for 2 to 3 minutes on medium to high heat, then add chopped lauki and potato.Mix it well and saute for 2 to 3 minutes and stir it.
  6. Then add finely chopped tomatoes. Mix nicely.
  7. Now add salt,turmeric powder, red chilly powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder. Stir and mix nicely.Add around 2 cups of water or as needed. Close the lid of cooker.Cook on medium heat till two whistle.
  8. Let the steam of pressure cooker come out naturally.
  9. Once done open the cooker. Check and mix well.Adjust the consistency,salt and other spices. Add according to taste.
  10. Take out in a bowl add garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
  11. Serve hot with roti,paratha or plain rice.
