Steps to make Rajma curry:
  1. Take a container put Rajma wash it nicely and soak it for 7 to 8 hours. After that take a pressure cooker add soaked Rajma, onion, lavnge, green cardamom,valdode(black cardamom)and black pepper,bay leaf add water as required boil it for 4 to 5 whistle.
  2. Next take a mixture jar add 2 tomatoes, 1 onion, kaju, ginger garlic paste make a fine paste.
  3. Next take a pan add oil heat it add Cumin seeds, chopped onion, ginger garlic paste, fry it well & add granded paste fry it well upto raw smell goes.
  4. Next add turmeric powder salt,Cumin coriander powder, sugar, salt, garam masala powder,Kasuri Methi,red chilli powder mix it and fry it well. After that add boiled Rajma mix and boil it for 6 to 8min. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve it hot with chapati or rice.
