  1. First wash and soak rajma overnight.Boil rajma with cloves,bay leaf,cinnamon stick and water for 5_6whistles till cooked at medium flame.

  3. Take a kadai.Add ghee, when there melts add jeera.Then add onion paste after jeera splutter.
  4. Cook paste till raw taste of onion is gone.Add all masala powder.Cook till oil separates.Then add tomato paste.
  5. Cook till oil separates.
  6. Add this masala to cooker in which rajma is cooked.Add salt and make one more whistle.Reduce gravy to required consistency.
  7. Garnish with coriander leaves and cream(optional).Add /4_1/2tsp ghee and 1/4tsp garam masala over hot rajma and serve with rice or roti.
  8. Note :Here you can use 1ginger garlic paste as alternative.Cream is optional.
