  9. After 5-6, when oil is completely released, add 1 Cup Matar & spices mix in it, mix them properly & roast them for 2-3 minutes.
  10. After 2-3 minutes, add chopped aloo pieces in it & mix them properly.
  11. Now add some water with 1 Teaspoon Garam Masala, 1 Teaspoon Roasted Kasuri Methi & 1/2 Teaspoon Roasted Jeera Powder in it & mix them properly.
  12. Now cover the lid & cook them for 3-4 minutes on medium flame.
  13. After 3-4 minutes, open the lid & stir them properly.
