- Switch off flame when it starts to boil.
- For tempering take oil in a pan when it becomes hot lower the flame add mustard seeds and fenugreek.
- After spluttering add red chilli.Saute for a while.Dont brown them.Then add curry leaves and shallots.Fry until shallots are cooked.
- Then switch off flame and add turmeric and chilli powder.Pour this to puliserry in earthern pot.Serve with rice
