  3. Meanwhile cook the egg noodle in th seperate pot,until they well cooked
  4. Place the egg noodle in the large bowl and the meatballs, and add the soups. springkle with chopped spring onion and fried shallot. serve while its hot. you can also add chilli oil on your soups if you like it spicy

In this recipe, baked chicken meatballs and sauteed vegetables in chicken broth are served over a bed of cooked egg noodles. Instead of baking the meatballs I dropped them into the soup and let them cook in the broth. I also omitted the egg in the meatball mixture didnt think it needed it.
